Narwhals - the unicorns of the sea - are such interesting creatures and looking through the recycle bin we found a piece that we couldn't resist making into one!
- Cardboard Vegetable Container
- Cardboard Egg Cartons
Step 1: Start with a rectangular cardboard piece, we used a tomato carton.
Step 2: Paint the carton and allow to dry.
Step 3: Cut two circular portions from an egg carton. Paint white and allow to dry.
Step 4: Cut two circles from cardboard (painted black) or cardstock, if you prefer and glue to the center of each of the white circles.
Step 5: Glue the egg carton eyes to two corners of the painted container.
Step 6: Cut fins and tail from cardboard. Paint and allow to dry.
Step 7: Glue the fins and tail to the narwhal body.
Step 8: Cut a horn from cardboard. Paint and allow to dry.
Step 9: Glue the horn to the top of the narwhal's body.
