Snow is gone, flowers are blooming and yesterday we found a robin's egg in the backyard. Spring is here! As you might have guessed from our previous crafts, we adore birds so we thought it would be fun to create some bird in a nest artwork to celebrate the season!

- Paper Plate

Step 3: Glue branch pieces to the background.
Step 4: Cut a paper bowl in half and glue half to the branch.
Step 5: Cut thin strips of brown paper and glue to bowl to create texture of nest.
Step 6: Paint paper plate and allow to dry.
Step 7: From paper plate, cut pieces or outline of a bird.
Step 8: Glue bird piece/s into nest.
Step 9: Cut leaves from green paper and glue to branch.
Cut out and add eggs to the nest if you wish. Or, a whole group of baby birds!
