Do you have a little adventurer? Someone who is always up for exploring? If so, this simple craft is just the thing!
- Paper Plates (2)
- Single Hole Punch
- Marker or Pen
- Pipe Cleaner
Step 1: Fold one paper plate in half.
Step 2: Punch holes along the bottom of the folded paper plate.
Step 3: Place folded paper plate directly over the other paper plate, matching them up edge to edge and trace the holes from the first paper plate onto the second paper plate.
Step 4: Punch hole in the marked spots on the second paper plate.
Step 5: Line up the holes and sew plates together with yarn, leaving about 12 inches of yearn at each end.
Step 6: Tie two loose ends of yearn together and create a strap for the adventure pouch.
Step 7: Punch two holes through the folded portion of the first plate.
Step 8: Secure the two holes with a twisted pipe cleaner.
Add a little notebook and pens for taking notes, a flashlight or whistle and your little explorer is ready for his or her next adventure!
