Paper is wonderful for little ones beginning scissors practice. Once mastered, it's fun to move on to yarn for a different texture and this activity is perfect for additional scissors practice!
- Paper Punch
Step 1: Cut circles out of cardboard, paint if you'd like, and allow to dry.
Step 2: Using single hole punch, add holes to the top border of each circle.
Step 3: Cut yarn and tie to each hole.
Step 4: Cut facial features from cardstock and glue to the face.
Step 5: Cut the hair into new hairstyle!
We used a variety of colors and textures of yarn and had so much fun!
